Mi Dulceria Mexicana was born from a simple conviction: that the coffee rituals of Mexico deserve a home in Los Angeles — not as a novelty, but as a living, breathing tradition.
Our founders, raised among the coffee fincas of Chiapas and the bustling pulquerías of Oaxaca, brought their recipes, their patience, and their reverence for craft. Here, every café con leche is stirred slowly. Every pastel is shaped by hand. Every guest is welcomed as though they have not left in years.
